Location: California (Fully Remote or Bay Area Office or Los Angeles Option) Salary: $125,000 – $185,000 depending on experience Billables: 1,850 annually A respected California litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its defense-side practice, handling construction defect, personal injury, and insurance coverage matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex defense litigation cases while benefiting from a flexible remote work environment and a collaborative litigation team. The Role You will handle a variety of civil defense litigation matters, including:

• Construction defect litigation
• Personal injury defense cases
• Insurance coverage disputes
• Complex civil litigation matters involving corporate and institutional clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience

• Experience handling defense matters for large corporate or institutional clients
