Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Attending preset appointments with customers at their homes and answering incoming customer inquiries about internet services
• Working with management to stay educated on energy and internet services provided by arenaflex
• Recording customer information within our customer service database while following company policies
• Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner and providing the best customer service
• Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Actively asking upper management questions and going above and beyond to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
