Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Slovak customer support representative who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating users on how to use and maintain our innovative smokeless products, providing assistance with new purchases, and communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction, representing our major brand and building strong, professional relationships with all partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Educate users on how to use and take care of their devices, ensuring they understand the full potential of our smokeless products.
- Provide assistance for new purchases, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they're closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
