Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and sales
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, call center, or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A friendly, solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help people, combined with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
