As a remote customer service representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
- Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry
- Pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submitted by sales and operations partners
- Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Developing creative solutions to customer issues and providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
- Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax
- Researching responses with sales to ensure accurate and timely support
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process
- Following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
- Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build relationships with customers, sales teams, and hospital billing specialists
- Experience with Oracle is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as an account representative
- Familiarity with EDI platforms and data entry processes
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- $20.08-$32.87 per hour, plus bonus eligibility
