Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our team in an evening shift position. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. Responsibilities
As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Entering data from various sources (paper, image, phone, and/or email) with accuracy and speed
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
- Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the team to achieve goals and objectives
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required
- Transportation industry experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Familiarity with transportation industry software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
