Job Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist on our FinOps team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with financial-related inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. This is a remote-eligible position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

* Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from customers within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer impact

  • Answer customer payment and invoice questions
  • Assist customers with desired changes to their account
  • Assist arenaflex employees with questions and problems
  • Provide a great arenaflex customer experience
  • Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and arenaflex
  • Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
  • Other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma/GED required

  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
  • Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
