Responsibilities

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating customer information in our database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and meet weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and effective support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
