The Role As a PRN/Part-Time Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered concierge care wherever it is needed, building genuine relationships with patients and making a tangible difference in their health journeys. - Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Shift length: 8 to 12 hours
- Minimum commitment: one shift per week
- Holiday shifts compensated at 1.5x the base hourly rate
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments in members' homes, hotels, and workplaces
- Develop and manage comprehensive care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Administer treatments, medications, and minor procedures
- Coordinate care, referrals, and communication of test results
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
Qualifications
- Two to five years of Nurse Practitioner experience (urgent care or family practice preferred)
- Master's degree in Nursing with FNP certification
- Active Alabama state license or license eligibility
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient locations
- A patient-first mindset and a positive, professional attitude
