What You'll DoBuild new business development across entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, and CPG verticalsOwn the full influencer marketing sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and agency outreach through to pitch, negotiation, and closeServe as a strategic, consultative partner to brand-direct clients, media agencies, creative agencies, and PR firmsPitch and close influencer, branded content, and experiential partnership deals tailored to consumer audiencesDevelop custom creator partnership packages that align talent, content format, and platform strategy to client KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally within the GameSquare ecosystem to ensure seamless campaign deliveryHelp define the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales playbook for Click Media's new consumer-focused divisionReport weekly on pipeline activity, deal progression, revenue attainment, and market feedbackWhat You Bring3–5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or branded content sales — with a demonstrable track record of closing deals and exceeding quotaStrong existing relationships with brand-side marketers and agency buyers across entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, and/or CPGDeep fluency in the creator economy: how campaigns are structured, how talent is valued, and how to prove ROI to sophisticated buyersExperience building and selling influencer or content sponsorship packages - not just managing them post-saleA genuine passion for consumer culture, emerging platforms, and where creator marketing is headingEntrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity, energised by building, and capable of operating independently while bringing the right people in at the right timeComfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving business where priorities shift and speed mattersBonus PointsBackground at a creator or influencer agency, or in-house at a major consumer brandExperience selling across multiple campaign types: social, experiential, long-form content, and liveExisting network across entertainment studios, lifestyle publishers, or CPG brand teams Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
