Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support and Customer Experience

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, handling inquiries about our policies and troubleshooting issues.

Essential Functions:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
• Maintaining regular and timely attendance
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
• Ability to Pass a Background Check
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience
