  • Temporary contract role (3-month duration), with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
  • Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday In-office. Tuesday and Friday Remote.
  • Travel requirements: Must complete two on-site visits per quarter at each assigned facility (locations include Lake, Volusia, and Flagler counties).

Locations:

  • AdventHealth Corporate - Altamonte Springs

Responsibilities:

  • Develops strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled.
  • Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Sources and recruits candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake.
  • Interviews candidates using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, reviews resumes and credentials, and assesses mission fit and qualifications.
  • Prepares salary offers and obtains hiring manager approvals. Extends job offers, including sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, anticipating counter offers as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient with Applicant tracking systems [Required]
  • Proficient with Workday [Preferred]
  • Excels in social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards [Required]

Education:

  • Associate [Required]
  • Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:

  • 2+ recruiting/sourcing experience [Required]
  • Healthcare experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
  • Associates degree and 2+ years of experience

OR

  • High School Grad or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
  • HR Certification through HCI or SHRM [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
