Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Paid Ads Expert (PPC Rock Star). You'll own the creation, management, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. You'll dig into performance data, run keyword research, and execute A/B tests that actually move the needle. You'll work alongside our team to craft compelling ad copy, guide creative assets, and keep everything locked in with our overall strategy. Managing budgets, reading the analytics, and bringing real insights that drive ROI — that's the job. No fluff, just results.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and beyond
  • Sharp skills in keyword research, performance tracking, and A/B testing
  • Ability to build clear, data-driven reports and turn insights into action fast
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital performance strategy
  • Strong ad copywriting chops and experience collaborating on creative
  • Skilled at managing budgets, allocating spend wisely, and hitting ROI targets
  • Organized, communicative, and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
  • Experience with local marketing strategies is a plus
  • Google Ads certification or similar credentials is an advantage
