Position: Radar and Computer Vision Engineer (Intern/Junior)

Responsibilities

  • Radar-Based Object Detection:
  • Configure and process radar data for object detection.
  • Develop techniques to reduce noise, ground clutter, and improve signal clarity.
  • Implement algorithms to detect and track small objects with high accuracy.
  • Computer Vision:
  • Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for object detection and tracking.
  • Work with RGB camera data to enhance detection capabilities.
  • Integrate vision-based solutions with other sensor modalities.
  • Sensor Fusion (Preferred):
  • Design and implement algorithms to fuse radar and computer vision data.
  • Enhance detection accuracy and robustness by combining multi-sensor inputs.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate fusion algorithms into the overall system.

Skills

  • Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in radar data processing and/or computer vision.
  • Familiarity with sensor fusion techniques and algorithms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming (

Python, C++, or MATLAB ).

  • Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) for developing and integrating robotic systems.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
