This role offers remote work within Arizona (must live in AZ already) and involves regional travel. The position focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships in the industrial safety sector. There is no application deadline for this role. *Regional Sales Executive - Industrial / Construction:*

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in greenfield projects and upgrades within targeted regions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with plant managers, safety directors, and contractors to understand their needs.
• Conduct site visits to assess safety requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with client specifications.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecast sales performance using CRM tools.

*Regional Sales Executive - Industrial / Construction:*

• Possess 3+years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial or construction markets.
• Demonstrate strong business development skills and ability to operate independently.
• Familiarity with AI language models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for sales support.
• Have experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field.
