Responsibilities
As a Travel Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Travel Arrangement
- Assist clients and employees in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation options that meet their budgetary constraints and individual preferences
- Conduct thorough research to recommend travel options that align with client needs and preferences
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparing all travel documents and itineraries
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Itinerary Management

Qualifications
