What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day, providing exceptional support to our customers
  • Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
  • Discussing customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR, helping our customers get the most out of their mortgage services
  • Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing stress
  • Maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries, always prioritizing their needs

What's Required: Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate I, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Call center experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must reside within 60 miles of the office location, ensuring easy access to our training facilities
  • Attendance required for the first 90 days of training, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our mortgage services and customer support systems
  • Availability to work during business hours after training, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs

How to Stand Out: Preferred Qualifications

If you have experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry, you'll have a significant advantage. Familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices will also serve you well. Additionally, the ability to navigate customer service software and systems efficiently will be a valuable asset in this role.
