About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various HR programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and stabilization of new or enhanced processes and systems. Your expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance will be vital in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key resource for resolving complex HR operational issues, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders, and supporting HR compliance activities including audits and policy adherence. Additionally, you will act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting system configurations, troubleshooting, and process improvements. This is a remote, full-time position designed for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about HR operations and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or benefits administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in project management and vendor relations is preferred
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, including open enrollment processes
  • Familiarity with primary source verification (PSV), audits, and quality assurance practices
  • Ability to provide training, facilitation, and stakeholder consultation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, testing, and stabilization of new or improved processes and systems
  • Conduct HR data analysis, prepare reports, and perform quality assurance to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve complex HR operational issues, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
  • Lead HR compliance activities, including Primary Source Verification, audits, and adherence to regulatory and organizational policies
  • Facilitate benefits administration activities such as planning and executing Open Enrollment, coordinating with vendors, and resolving employee issues
  • Serve as a Workday SME, supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and systems
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations
  • Ensure timely communication and training related to HR initiatives and system updates
