Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive growth and improvement

• Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex insights and trends to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets
• Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and insights are actionable
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex insights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, or QlikView
• Certification in data science, data analysis, or a related field
