Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.<h3>How you’ll make an impact in this role </h3><ul><li>Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.</li><li>Design and implement personalized care plans that utilize the most effective therapeutic modalities to drive meaningful patient progress.</li><li>Collaborate and educate families and caregivers on patient deficits and the use of adaptive equipment to ensure a safe and successful transition back home.</li><li>Lead and oversee the clinical care provided by assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of rehabilitation practice and patient safety.</li></ul><h3>What minimum requirements you’ll need </h3>Licensure / Certification / Registration:<ul><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.</li><li>Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required.
