- As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, using your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, using our industry-leading technology to streamline your work.
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, using your creative problem-solving skills to find solutions.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Need for Success:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills.
- Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar technology.
- Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution.
- High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability.
- Satisfactory attendance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
