Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing updates and solutions to customers, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications:

* Highly tuned and professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat
