Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:
- Receiving and processing cases, including scheduling, invoicing, and shipping
- Entering demographics and customer information into our LIS system
- Printing preference notes and matching them to cases
- Moving cases into production areas and scanning paperwork for electronic storage
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Referring technical inquiries to appropriate team members
- Performing other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Education and Experience Required
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Some billing experience required
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used
* Disinfectant process chemicals
- Personal protective equipment as required
- Office equipment
Physical Requirements
* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Good manual dexterity
