Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You'll review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and work-life balance you deserve.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes and services
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Type 40-50 WPM or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
