My client is seeking a dynamic leader to supercharge the success of their peer-to-peer Walk/Run program, raising critical funds that directly support groundbreaking therapies for cancer patients. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and mentor peer-to-peer fundraising staff to exceed goals.
- Oversee Walk/Run events from strategy to execution across multiple markets.
- Cultivate donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and local community champions.
- Drive engagement through mission-aligned storytelling and outreach.
- Collaborate on digital marketing, event experience, and recruitment strategy.
About You
- 4+ years in peer-to-peer fundraising with direct walk/run experience.
- 2+ years staff management; skilled in strategic planning and growth.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce, DonorDrive, Canva, and event logistics.
- Comfortable with public speaking and community-facing leadership.
