Reporting directly to the UK Chief Financial Officer, you will act as Deputy Head of Finance, leading a high-performing team of six across management and financial reporting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and financial systems development. </p> <p>This is a great opportunity to shape the future of finance operations by driving key initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and modernise systems and processes. You will oversee month-end close, deliver insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including BOE, PRA, and AEOI. You will have experience of Financial Reporting, Planning and Budgeting, together with experience of implementing or Improving Finance Systems.
