About the Role: Join our team as a Reservation Booking Administrator, supporting clients by coordinating vacation bookings and ensuring a smooth and organized planning experience from start to finish. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for vacations by organizing reservation details, managing confirmations, and ensuring that all itinerary components are clearly outlined and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be creating a seamless and organized experience through strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. You will assist with coordinating vacation arrangements such as accommodations, transportation, and scheduled experiences. Many bookings involve multiple steps and confirmations, so maintaining organization and accuracy is essential. You will help ensure that all reservation details are properly confirmed, documented, and aligned within the overall itinerary. You will also play a key role in maintaining clear communication by organizing updates, confirming booking details, and ensuring clients have access to accurate information. Tracking progress and following up on outstanding reservations will help ensure all plans are completed successfully. This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy working with clients, organizing detailed plans, and supporting a smooth coordination process. Training is provided.
