$50 - $120/hour Role Overview: As a Law Clerk (Commercial Real Estate / Energy), you will work as a contractor with one of our clients, a global leader in the commercial real estate and energy industry. Your role involves applying your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, specifically in the areas of commercial real estate and energy. You will review and analyze documents, providing high-quality, real-world input to shape how models learn, reason, and perform. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records for power generation projects
- Extract data and perform attention to detail tasks to support evidence-based analysis
- Develop an understanding of title and ownership concepts and their application in commercial real estate transactions
- Contribute to the development of training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve AI model performance
- Apply your expertise to help train AI systems, with a focus on commercial real estate and energy projects, including power generation project development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Commercial real estate document review experience
- Understanding of title and ownership concepts and their application in commercial real estate transactions
- Data extraction and attention to detail skills, with the ability to perform evidence-based analysis
- Exposure to development and infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team
