This role is open to candidates based in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.” Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive better business decisions? We’re looking for a Senior Metrics Analyst to join our Intelligence & Insights team and play a key role in analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization. What you’ll do Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision making. Analyze, interpret, and present key performance metrics with high attention to detail. Respond to ad‑hoc analytics requests, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Support process improvement, data governance, and analytics adoption across teams. Partner with internal stakeholders (including IT) to improve data flows and automation. Provide insights on historical performance to support leadership, projects, and bid requests. Experience & Qualifications required 4+ years of experience in analytics with Clinical Research, Pharma, CRO, or similar environment. Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Office. Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. SQL or basic programming skills are a plus (not required).
