The Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our sellers and customers through various channels, including phone and email. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure seamless transactions. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
How Your Role Expectations Will Progress:
As a Customer Service Associate, your role will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of your expectations:
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in):
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
- Learn how to navigate our systems and tools, ensuring you're equipped to provide exceptional experiences for our customers.
- Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
Seller Operations Associate (60 days in):
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships.
- Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
Seller Operations Associate (90 days in):
* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
What You'll Bring:
* Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

- A genuine interest in the live event space and a willingness to learn and grow.
Office Location and Work Schedule:
* Our office is located in Coppell, TX.
- The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training. Training is paid, and all in-office.
- We offer a hybrid model, with 3 days in-office and 2 days at home.
- Your work schedule will be:
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off. + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
Compensation and Benefits:
* A competitive base salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility.
- Bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant.
- Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
