Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every passenger

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and cargo, as well as providing information on our services and policies
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations, as well as resolving related issues and complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
