Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries
  • Focusing on optimising supporter retention and engagement
  • Logging all customer interactions in the system for future reference
  • Working closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise
  • Providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions
  • Upholding the values and mission of arenaflex in all interactions

Key Responsibilities:
