Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. If you have a strong desire to help people, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
• Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status
• Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process

Experience

While we don't require specific experience in the transportation industry, we're looking for candidates with:

• Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
• A strong understanding of the gig economy and the importance of onboarding in this space

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
