We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and text messaging. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet our high standards
  • Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
  • Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies
  • Meeting or exceeding our minimum conversation requirements per hour
  • Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences

Education & Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Work Schedule

Our chat agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts, including:

  • Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
  • Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
