<p><b> Job Title: </b> Multi-Trader (Full-Time, Permanent)<br><b> Location: </b> Hertfordshire <br><b> Salary: </b> £36,000 basic + benefits <p><b> Overview </b><br> We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team, delivering high-quality property maintenance and repair services across Hertfordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to a skilled professional with a broad range of trade capabilities and a strong customer-focused approach. </p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Carry out a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks across residential properties </li><li> Deliver multi-trade work including (but not limited to) carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and basic electrical work </li><li> Diagnose faults and determine the most effective repair solutions </li><li> Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in line with company and industry regulations </li><li> Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment </li><li> Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, and colleagues </li><li> Accurately record job details, materials used, and time spent </li></ul><p><b> Requirements </b></p><ul><li> Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role </li><li> Strong skills across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, decorating)</li><li> Full UK driving licence </li><li> Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently </li><li> Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li> Excellent customer service and communication skills </li></ul><p><b> Desirable </b></p><ul><li> Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)</li><li> Experience working in social housing or property maintenance environments </li><li> Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH, risk assessments)</li></ul><p><b> Benefits </b></p><ul><li> Company vehicle and fuel card (if applicable)</li><li> Tools and equipment provided </li><li> Paid holiday entitlement </li><li> Pension scheme </li><li> Opportunities for training and career development </li></ul><p><b> Working Hours </b><br> Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (with occasional overtime as required)</p><p> JBRP1_UKTJ </p> Salary: GBP 36000 - 36000 per year
