Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, and email

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate to supervisors when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
