Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in onboarding new drivers, ensuring their applications are processed efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our drivers
- Working collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless onboarding processes
Experience
While we don't require specific experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or data entry, HR, or customer service, we do look for candidates with:
- Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a business environment (preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
