In this 8-week full-time position, you'll respond to IT help desk tickets and assist with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Your efforts in system maintenance and project support will empower staff and volunteers, making a difference in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support to staff
- Assist with configurations of user accounts and laptops
- Conduct routine audits and system updates
- Take part in IT project implementations
- Document processes and develop training materials
Requirements:
- Enrollment in a post-secondary IT program
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Basic proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
