Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer feedback and preferences
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry best practices and arenaflex's products and services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time for responses and a high level of accuracy
• Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and navigate complex systems

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show a willingness to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Possess gaming experience (although not required, it's a plus!)
