Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure a positive customer experience
• Providing detailed information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, streamlining the sales process and driving revenue for our clients
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the industry

Qualifications

To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is highly preferred)
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change

Requirements

To join our team as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show a willingness to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Possess gaming experience (highly preferred)
