What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Reading customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via catalog, and online; deciphering difficult handwriting
- Entering data into specified Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Verifying the accuracy of data before entry and reporting any errors to the supervisor
- Maintaining accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Performing administrative duties such as filing and copying for about three hours daily
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
