- Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, healthcare staffing, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
