As a seasoned Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's sales process by completing cybersecurity questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritize them with internal business leaders.
• Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to track and analyze performance.
• Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Maintain all required corporate training up to date, ensuring that you're equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following technical skills and experience are highly desirable:

• Experience with JIRA issue tracking software.
• Cybersecurity experience, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations.
