Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Engagement:

Communicate with customers via web chat, providing real-time assistance and support related to arenaflex products and services.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products, promotions, and policies to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Sales Support:

Requirements

To succeed as a Web Chat Assistant, you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in using customer management software, web chat applications, and general computer skills.
