<strong>Dynamic Positioning Officer (DPO)<br><br></strong><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>DPO</strong> who knows how to keep a rig steady when it matters. This role is all about control, awareness, and calm execution in a high-tempo offshore environment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Stand DP watch, maintain position during drilling and marine operations, and work closely with the bridge team, marine crew, and drilling department to keep everything running safely and smoothly.</li><li>Expect active involvement in DP trials, checklists, fault response, and close coordination during critical operations.</li><li>When things change, you’re the one expected to stay sharp and ahead of it.</li><li>This is a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership of the watch, respects procedure without being robotic, and understands the responsibility that comes with running DP on a drillship or semi.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Up to date Resume with relevant experience</li><li>USCG MMC</li><li>USCG Medical Certificate with valid STCW</li><li>Foreign Flag License</li><li>DP Certificate</li><li>THUET/BOSIET/FOET</li><li>RigPass/SafeGulf</li><li>TWIC</li><li>Government issued ID<br><br></li></ul>If you’re comfortable in the chair, communicate well under pressure, and take pride in doing the job right, this is a solid opportunity to step into a professional, well-run operation.
