The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely support.
  • Offering solutions to customers for new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.
  • Ensuring that each customer's journey runs smoothly by finding creative solutions to their unique needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.

Working Hours and Schedule

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. This schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while providing flexible coverage for our customers.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process consists of:

  • A short phone interview to assess your communication skills and experience.

Location and Language Requirements

Time Type and Full-Time Commitment
