Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Interpreting and communicating arenaflex's policies and procedures to customers
  • Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
  • Providing assistance to troubled passengers and customers
  • Protecting arenaflex's business assets and revenue
  • Ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for customers
  • Possessing the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
  • Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
  • Being self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision
  • Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations
  • Following internal and external regulations and procedures
  • May be required to drive and perform air stairs to enplane and deplane passengers
  • Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
  • May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
  • Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
  • Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
  • Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
