The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to resolve issues and provide personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve issues and provide support
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
  • Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate complex travel itineraries
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
  • Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
