Job Type and Working Hours

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into the company database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Updating and maintaining existing data, ensuring that it is consistent and reliable
• Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered, to prevent errors and discrepancies
• Organizing and prioritizing data entry tasks, to ensure that deadlines are met and productivity is maximized
• Assisting in compiling data for reports and analysis, to provide valuable insights and inform business decisions
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Responding to data inquiries from other departments, to provide timely and accurate information
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
