CSR / Dispatcher – Home Services (Remote)
Royal House Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a driven CSR/DSR (Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Service Representative) to join our team! This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance customer experience with operational execution. Schedule:
- Thursday – Sunday
- 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
- 100% Remote
What you’ll do:
- Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule and dispatch service calls across multiple trades
- Coordinate with technicians to keep the board tight and optimized
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with ServiceTitan
- Ability to work across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical trades
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator with a positive, upbeat tone
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
